“I’ve never seen you do a 12 week challenge, why?”
The clients work their arses off for 3 months, usually they’ve gone from doing very little to a lot which brings an injury element into play.
More so though, once it’s done. There is nothing left to motivate them. They have been goal orientated the entire time, instead of a systems one. This is why so many find themselves reverting to old habits.
Those old habits multiplied by the “I’ve earned this” mentality lead to some nasty outcomes.

Yes, as a gym/company it’s probably an easier sell to get more clients in & make money but it my opinion it doesn’t add value to the client & fit our company values. So we don’t and until this changes, won’t do them.
