2 years post partum and finally on the road to lifting weights that feel like the "old me."
I was always a bit jealous of those women who could jump straight back into training, doing things they could do before pregnancy really quickly.
For lots of reasons, my post partum body didn't quite feel right for a long time, so my progress was slow, even plateaued a couple of times. But with all the hindsight in the world, one thing I don't regret is listening to my body and allowing it to take as long as it needed to.
Your body is unique, and your journey is yours only. And you deserve to be nurtured, guided and cheered for as you take your new, amazing post-partum body and get her moving again! 💪
