6 WEEK DANCERS TRAINING PROGRAM 💃💃

Are you ready to go into 2022 being the fittest and strongest you have ever been? Are you sick of losing your fitness over the holidays and want to be fitter instead? Do you want to educate yourself about training and nutrition to be the healthiest version of yourself? ARE YOU READY TO IMPROVE YOUR DANCING? If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is for you! 🤩

This is a 6 week program designed for Dancers to complete. Through my specific programming this program is aimed to enhance dancers fitness, strength, power and overall health so they come into the dance season of 2022 with a BANG. 💥 By enhancing these things this will help dancers improve their skills as their body will allow them to do a lot more!💃💪🎉

By purchasing this program you will receive:
✅6 week training program on the app ‘true coach’
✅ A training and nutrition ebook
✅ Weekly checklist
✅ Optional accountability checkins

This program will be accessible anywhere as it is a online program. It also requires minimal equipment so whether you are at the gym or not it doesn't matter.

The program will start the Monday after it is purchased however you will still have access to the program ahead of time so you can trial out some training sessions before the 6 week program officially starts.

Fat Loss will never be never Linear 📊

When on a fat loss journey, let’s be honest stepping into the scale can be nerve wracking! Will you see a weight drop, will it increase, will you end up feeling really happy, or feel let down? I am going to tell you why SCALE WEIGHT IS NOT EVERYTHING ☺️

If you weighed yourself 3 times a day at different times of the day you would end up with 3 very different numbers.

Aside from a unit of measurement there are so many things the scales don’t show you:

* fluid / water retention 💦
* Food that you haven’t digested 🥘
*Increase muscle mass
* Muscle Inflammation from a hard session 💪
*Hormones/that time of the month 🤪

Moral of the story, don’t be disheartened if the scales don’t change one day or go up a little bit! Your body is doing so many amazing things for you that may lead to this plateau or weight fluctuation. ⭐️

Be consistent when working towards your goal and you will see results. You may have scale weight fluctuations each day/week but in weeks, months and years all of your hard work will = big change.

Use the scale as ONE way of measuring fat loss and NOT the be all or end all. Stick to your protocols, focus on being consistent, focus on nutrition, training, and staying active 💖💖

Merry Christmas everybody 🎄❤️⁣

I hope you all have a special day X⁣

Here are some of my tips to say on top of your goals this holiday period: ⁣

Tip 1: AIM TO STICK TO A ROUTINE- try to set some sort of routine for yourself to help you get fully back on track when you need to. Even if that means setting an alarm, getting up and starting your day off productively by a relaxing walk or a 45minute workout 🤩 ⁣

Tip 2: SET SOME TIME ASIDE FOR ACTIVITY: exercising each day will help you feel accomplished and will help you get back into the swing of things early Jan! Being active will make you feel happier and will promote a positive mindset when coming into the new year 💕⁣

Tip 3: PICK YOUR FEW DAYS THAT YOU MAY NOT BE AS HEALTHY AS USUAL, NOT THE WHOLE HOLIDAYS: just because you may be on break for a few days or weeks doesn’t mean you should indulge yourself in food every day just because. Set aside your days where you can let go and then the other days be a little bit more aware of what you could eat and pick the healthier options if possible 🥗⁣

Tip 4: BE KIND TO YOURSELF AND ENJOY YOUR BREAK: this has been such a hard year for everyone and you deserve a relaxing break. Do and eat things that will make you happy 😊 Don’t worry too much about what you eat because one or two days of unhealthy eating won’t undo all of your hard work. You deserve this break and to hopefully enjoy it with family and friends. ⁣

Anyway I hope everyone enjoys their day xx much love to you all ❤️❤️
