Join us this Thursday morning from 5am @ Ka-fey cafe for Matchday 1 of UEFA Champions league as there is no better way to kick of the campaign with a night at Anfield against Atletico Madrid.

This is probably our biggest game in the league phase and a strong performance here will do us the world of good.

Hi everyone,

A quick update following our AGM, which was held recently, with our new OLSC Newcastle Committee now officially in place for the season ahead.

With the new policy and structure, the Committee will consist of three Executive positions and a four-person Sub-Committee. We had six eligible nominees for the four Sub-Committee positions, so the nominees went to a vote, with four members being successful.

We’d like to thank everyone who put their hand up and showed an interest in being involved. While we would have loved to have everyone on the Committee, the new structure is designed to keep the Committee manageable, give everyone clear responsibilities and make sure we can work effectively throughout the season.

Your 2026/27 OLSC Newcastle Committee is:

We’re really looking forward to the season ahead and to bringing you, our members, and your guests even closer to the Reds, with plenty of game nights, events, giveaways and opportunities to get together and support Liverpool FC.

We also want to say a massive THANK YOU to our outgoing Committee members Mary, Michael, Dwayne, Josh and Bill. Your time, effort and support have helped make OLSC Newcastle what it is today, and we genuinely appreciate everything you have contributed.

A special mention has to go to Bill, who has been involved with the Committee since day one. The community connections we have today simply wouldn’t be what they are without the work Bill has put in over the years. His contribution to the club and the wider Newcastle community has been huge, and we can’t thank him enough.

Here’s to another great season together — Up the Reds!

There is no better gift than time and what better way to spend that time is with an early Father’s Day present by hanging with your dad over breakfast -fey cafe this Saturday morning from 5am watching Liverpool v Ipswich.

By doing this, you will also make someone else’s father day special being Julian as he has been there for us all (like a father) through the good times and bad times following Liverpool. Therefore let’s give the cafe a good showing to make the big man happy.

Finally the time has come for us Newy Reds to come together. Pints of Carlsberg with fellow reds in an Irish pub watching Liverpool on the big screen….what more do you want!

The AGM will start at 8pm before Liverpool take on Nottingham Forest at 9.30pm so get in early, grab some dinner, catch up with your fellow Reds and then settle in for the game together.

As an OLSC Newcastle, Australia member, you are eligible to:

• Vote at the AGM
• Nominate for a position on the OLSC, Newcastle Committee (must be a current paid member)
• Vote for the new Committee

If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved with OLSC Newcastle, this is your opportunity to put your hand up, have your say and help shape the future of our supporters club.

There will be a raffle during the game where you could win yourself a signed Robbie Fowler shirt, Claymore Wines gifts along with other OLSC merchandise.

The Northern Star Hotel will also be offering $10 pints of Carlsberg to OLSC members.
