After ten years, I've made the decision to close HandzUp. Our last day is Friday 31 July.

There's a lot behind it, but it comes down to my kids and the time I want back with them. I've looked at it from every angle... this is where I've landed 👊🏻

Three brands. Four locations. 12RND, UBX and HandzUp across The Junction, Lambton, Charlestown and Broadmeadow. The constant through all of it was the people... every member who showed up, every coach who stood in the room with me. I couldn't have done a day of it without you.

If you're a current member: all accounts finalise 31 July, and I'll be in touch personally about any 10-packs or PT packs. I'm still coaching, details on where and when very soon. 🥁

We've got a few weeks left. Come in, train, and let's rip it up 🥊

Traditional rules. No hands. Pushup position. First to smash the Coles jam long johns wins. What could go wrong?

Turns out… nothing for Baxter. The champ came to champ. 🏆

This was Coach Baxter's last session at HandzUp and there was only one way to send him off — facedown over a tray of donuts, no dignity, all glory.

We're gonna miss this guy tremendously. Thanks for everything Baxter. Go forth and conquer (and maybe do some cardio after this one). 🫡
