New phase. Same Coalface standard.
From the week of June 8, our Underground classes move into a fresh strength and gymnastics phase with a more classic CrossFit feel.
Less rigid.
More variety.
Better flow.
Still getting stronger.
You’ll still squat, pull and press — but with more varied lifts, rep schemes and loading across the week. The aim is simple: keep building strong, capable, well-rounded athletes without every week feeling like the same thing on repeat.
Our Open Cut classes will follow the same overall idea too.
Same intent. Same strong foundation. Same focus on better movement and better fitness — just delivered in a lower-skill, more accessible way for those who don’t want the higher-skill CrossFit movements.
Underground and Open Cut will keep working from the same big picture: strength, conditioning, skill, effort, and progress.
