Suchhh a beautiful morning last week going through a mini sunrise flow + breathwork before our med exam! 🌊
The ✨perfect✨ way to clear our minds of stress, reset and get us in the right mindset to do well in our exam! 📚 🩺
Movement can help enhance cognition, memory, focus and attention. Breathwork has also been linked to reduced stress and anxiety by helping regulate the nervous system and increase parasympathetic activity.
Honestly, doing it alongside friends, the ocean, and a sunrise just made it even better. 🌅
