The World Health Organisation recently revised it’s guidelines on reducing the risk of cognitive decline and dementia. 🧐

They report that 45% of risk can be attributed to modifiable factors such as smoking, alcohol consumption, social isolation, physical inactivity, air pollution and non-communicable diseases (eg high blood pressure and diabetes). πŸ‘

These chronic diseases are also positively impacted by improving exercise habits. πŸ’ͺ
