You don’t have a motivation problem…
You have a structure problem.

Because let’s be real
You’ve been motivated before.

New program.
New week.
New goals.

And for a while… you’re all in.

Then life happens.
Work gets busy.
Energy drops.
And suddenly… you’re “starting again” for the 10th time.

👉 That’s not a discipline issue.
👉 That’s not a willpower issue.

That’s what happens when you rely on feelings instead of systems.

The people who get results don’t feel like it every day.
They’ve just built non-negotiables that carry them through the days they don’t.

Simple rules like:

“I train 3x per week no matter what”
“I don’t drink during the week”
“I plan my meals before my week starts”

No overthinking.
No negotiating.
No starting over.

Not all wins in the gym are measured by the scales.

This was posted in our Inner Circle this week by one of our members during Week 1 of the 12 Week Challenge.

For someone living with Type 1 Diabetes, hitting 100% time in range for 24 hours is incredibly rare.
He even said himself it’s a “once in a blue moon” result.

And it happened in Week 1.

Cool. Neither did Sam.

Sam didn’t chase the scale.
He chased change.

👉 -9% body fat
👉 +1.4kg lean muscle
👉 Same bodyweight (roughly)
👉 Completely different shape, strength, and confidence

This is the part most people miss 👇
Fat loss and body transformation aren’t the same thing as weight loss.

If your goal is:
• Looking leaner
• Feeling stronger
• Clothes fitting better
• Actually liking what you see in the mirror

…then the number on the scale is a pretty poor scoreboard.

This gift really hit me in the feels tonight and was a huge reminder to be grateful for what and who we have around us.

Although we can’t all have the energy of a 3-year-old…
we can borrow the mindset.

Show up.
Move your body.

Don’t overthink it.

Probably cry at some point for no reason.

What happens when you stop saying…
“It’s not the right time.”
“I’m too busy.”
“This won’t work for me.”

👇

Life doesn’t magically get quieter.
Work still exists.
Kids still need you.
Meals still need prepping.
Time is still tight.

But what does change… is what you decide to prioritise.

Most people live in this frustrating middle ground
doing bits and pieces here and there,
starting, stopping, pulling back,
never fully committing…
and never quite getting the results they want.

And honestly?
That half-in / half-out place is exhausting.
Spinning wheels. Losing belief. Receding instead of progressing.

👉 Now is the time to go all in.
On you.
On backing yourself.
On working with your life, not waiting for it to be perfect.

Because real results don’t come from perfect schedules.

Most people overestimate what they can change in a month…
and underestimate what they can build in a year.

And honestly? I get it.

You’re busy.
Time is precious.
So when you commit to something and don’t see results fast, you start questioning everything.

Is this working?
Is this worth my time?
Am I wasting my effort?

But maybe the thing we should be questioning isn’t the plan…
it’s our expectation.

Real results come from patience.
From consistency.
From sticking with the plan long enough for it to work.

Rome wasn’t built in a day
and neither is a strong, healthy body you can keep for life.

Cam didn’t rush it.
He stayed consistent. This didn't take a month, it took a year.
