Not all wins in the gym are measured by the scales.
This was posted in our Inner Circle this week by one of our members during Week 1 of the 12 Week Challenge.
For someone living with Type 1 Diabetes, hitting 100% time in range for 24 hours is incredibly rare.
He even said himself it’s a “once in a blue moon” result.
And it happened in Week 1.
