Strength training has a number of benefits for developing young women including:

1) Increased muscular strength: stronger muscles lead to improved physical performance in sports and other activities.

2) Improved bone density: Increased bone density can help prevent osteoporosis and other bone-related issues later in life.

3) Enhanced mental health: Improvements in mood and reduce stress and anxiety.

4) Increased self-esteem: Seeing improvements in strength and physical performance can boost confidence and self-esteem in teenage girls.

I am offering an 8 week Introduction to Strength Training program designed specifically for girls aged 12-14. This focuses on building strength, improving form and technique, and build a strong foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
The program will be delivered in a small group format capped at 6 participants so that each participant can get individualised coaching.
