https://clarity-and-momentum.youcanbook.me/ I work with men and women who are living with grief, loss, or significant life change and who, despite appearing composed on the outside, feel unsettled

within. They’ve done their best to keep going. And yet something still feels unclear, heavy, or unresolved. This is where my work begins. I help you rebuild self-trust, restore emotional steadiness, and regain clarity so you can begin to feel more like yourself again and make decisions with greater confidence. My work is grounded in a simple but powerful principle:

Holding On and Letting Go™

Supporting you to maintain your connection to what matters - love, meaning, and identity - while releasing the pressure, guilt, and expectations that often keep people feeling stuck. Grief does not follow a neat process. It does not come with a checklist. And it does not need to be “completed” for you to begin living well again. When you are given the right understanding and the right support, something begins to shift. You feel clearer. You feel steadier. You begin to trust yourself again. This is not about quick fixes or surface-level coping. It is for people who are ready to:
• Look honestly at where they are
• Engage in meaningful change
• Rebuild a strong and steady sense of self

If this resonates, you’re welcome to connect with me. I offer a free 15-minute call - a calm, focused conversation to explore what you’re experiencing and what support could look like for you. Book here:

Hi, I’m Mandy Beart, a Life & Grief Coach, here to help you reconnect with your true worth and heal through grief. 💖

This is a story about a client, let’s call her Sarah. She came to me feeling overwhelmed after the loss of her partner. She’d stopped going out, and felt like life had no purpose anymore. Every day felt like a struggle. 😔

Through our work, Sarah gradually began shifting her mindset. Small changes—like stepping outside for short walks and reaching out to a friend—helped her rediscover joy. Over time, she felt more connected to life, started engaging in hobbies again, and even joined a local support group. 🌷

This is why I love what I do—witnessing transformation, from darkness to light.

Have you ever had a 'wake-up' moment in life? What did it teach you?

I was just 22 when my mom passed away. In that moment, I realised that she was gone—not only from my life but from life entirely. The finality of her passing is something I carry with me every day, reminding me how fragile life is and that we don’t always get second chances. My grief journey has been a profound wake-up call, revealing the depths of emotional pain and, ultimately, the power of love.

After losing someone close, the relationships we still have take on new meaning. Every hug, every call, every shared laugh with someone we love becomes a true gift. ❤️

Loss has taught me to invest time in those who mean the most, to nurture these precious connections, and to tell people how much I appreciate them—often. 💬

✨ What’s one lesson you keep returning to? ✨

The biggest lesson I’ve learned in my life and career is this: trust the process. 🕊️

When things get tough, it’s easy to question whether we’re on the right path or if things will ever fall into place. But over time, I’ve learned that resilience is about staying present and trusting that each experience has something to teach us, even when it’s not obvious.

This perspective has shaped how I support my clients every day. It reminds me to hold space for their own process, to encourage them when the way forward feels unclear, and to remind them that transformation doesn’t happen in a straight line.

✨ Keep going, even when it’s difficult to see the next step. Trust that you are exactly where you need to be. ✨

🌅 What part of your day brings you the most peace? 🌅

Here’s a little look into my day as a life & grief coach 🌻 – balancing my own well-being means keeping a few simple practices that ground me, connect me, and help me be present for both myself and those I support.

☕ Morning Coffee: For me, it’s more than just caffeine – it’s my cue that a new day has started. As I hold that warm cup, I set my intentions and welcome whatever lies ahead. It’s a grounding moment that brings focus and calm.

🐾 Quality Time with Jett, Grady & Bear: My time with these three is sacred. Each day, I take a few moments to connect with them, sharing play or a quiet moment together. They remind me of the beauty of being present and enjoying simple joys.

🌇 Pausing at Sundown: As the day draws to a close, I find peace in watching the sky change and taking a moment of gratitude. This time to exhale and reflect brings a calm appreciation for whatever the day held.

These little moments help me create the balance I need to show up fully and compassionately each day.

✨ Over to you – what part of your day brings you peace? I’d love to hear! 💬

Hey there, beautiful souls! 💛

Whether you’ve been part of this community for a while or you’re a new face around here, I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself. I’m Mandy Beart, and I’m here to walk with you through some of life’s most challenging moments — specifically, grief and emotional healing.

If you’re dealing with loss or working through emotional pain, I want you to know that I’ve been there, too. My journey into life and grief coaching wasn’t just a professional choice; it was born out of my own experiences of coping with loss, heartbreak, and everything in between. I know firsthand how isolating it can feel, but I also know how transformative the healing process can be when you allow yourself to lean into it. 💬

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless individuals to help them heal, grow, and ultimately reclaim their true worth. My approach is simple but powerful: I believe in creating a safe space for you to face your emotions, let go of what’s no longer serving you, and step into the next chapter of your life — a chapter where you decide the narrative. 📖

But here’s the thing — healing is not about perfection or even getting over something. It's about honouring where you are and embracing every single part of your journey (without ever having to call it a 'journey' 😉). Sometimes, that means holding on, and other times, it means letting go. Wherever you are in your healing, there’s no rush. It’s about moving at a pace that feels right for you.

One thing I often share with clients is this: we all have moments where it feels like everything’s falling apart — I’ve had my fair share. But those moments don’t define you. What defines you is how you choose to move forward, little by little, day by day. 🌿

So, whether you’re here to explore emotional wellbeing, mindset shifts, or deeper healing work, you’re in the right place. I’m here to empower you, guide you, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you know. You’ve already made the brave decision to explore this part of your life, and that alone deserves to be celebrated. 🎉

If any of this resonates with you or you’ve got questions, feel free to drop a comment or send me a message. I’d love to connect and learn more about what’s going on for you right now. 💬

Thank you for being here and for allowing me to be part of your healing. I’m excited to continue sharing insights, tips, and support with you as we move forward together.

With love and light,
Mandy 🌟

What We Hear vs. What We Feel 🎭💔

What people say:
“You’re so strong handling your grief.”
“I don’t know how you manage everything after all you’ve been through.”
“You’re so brave to keep going.”

What we actually hear:
“I need to be even stronger, or I’m not coping.”
“I should be able to handle everything, even though I feel like I’m falling apart.”
“If I don’t hold it all together, I’ll be seen as weak.”

This is what high expectations and societal pressure can sound like, especially when we’re already struggling. When we constantly push ourselves to be more, do more, and have more—even while grieving or healing—we neglect the very thing we truly need: rest and reflection. 🌿

Here’s the truth: when we stop running and allow ourselves to just be, it can feel uncomfortable—sometimes even unsafe. We’re so used to filling every moment with tasks, trying to outrun our pain. But it’s when we sit in that discomfort, feeling the weight of our grief or unmet expectations, that true healing begins. 🌸

You don’t have to hold everything together all the time. It’s okay to rest. 🛌 It’s okay to not have it all figured out. 💭 It’s okay to allow yourself to feel. 💖

Surrender to the stillness. In that space, you will find clarity, peace, and eventually, the strength to release the burdens you’ve been carrying. 🌟

Remember, it’s safe to pause and take care of yourself. 💞

Much love, ❤️

Are you ready to transform your pain into power, or are you still holding on to the past? 💫

Sometimes, we hold on because it's familiar, but deep down, you know there's more for you. 🌱

It’s about facing those feelings and choosing to step into your true strength. 💪

Ready for a real conversation about what’s holding you back? Let’s talk. 💬

🌿 The first step to healing is acknowledging what hurts. 🌿

It’s so easy to bury our pain and push through life without taking a moment to face what’s weighing us down. But healing can’t begin until we can admit to ourselves what’s really going on. It’s not about being perfect or 'having it all together.' It’s about facing what we’ve been avoiding and giving ourselves permission to feel.

What are you ready to face today?
It could be a difficult memory, a feeling you've been avoiding, or a truth you’ve yet to accept. Whatever it is, know that facing it is the first step towards transforming it. 💫

Drop a ❤️ in the comments if you’re ready to take that step, and let’s support each other on this journey.
