I have been working on this guide for all of 2022 and I’m so happy to be able to share this with you all!
The guide contains fundamental workouts that I have seen a lot of progression with over my years of training. The key focus of this guide is to build muscle through progressive overload and hypertrophy!
Unfortunately my relationship with fitness and my body hasn’t always been positive. In the beginning of my journey I was heavily influenced by social media and what I believed I needed to look like to feel accepted. I started over training for several hours in the gym, under eating, losing a lot of weight which caused a negative impact on every area of my life.
I had to rediscover my why, learn to love my body and not be afraid of eating to fuel my body. I have created a healthy relationship with my body to support my training goals.
My main aim with this guide from week 1 to the very ends is for you to create healthy habits, feel strong, empowered and confident by working towards your ‘why’.
