Monday see’s the start of my real fitness journey.

I’m starting a 2 week trial with Active Empire in Thornton. $9.00 for 2 weeks!
I have been watching and following these guys since they opened, but was never in the right space to commit. Now, with working shift work and giving up smoking it’s time to focus on me!
Who else is ready to invest in themselves?

Hello Ladies!

The reasons behind this group are simple, I struggle to find the motivation to stay fit and active.

Once I am out in the sunshine, heart pumping I absolutely love it. It’s the getting there that I struggle with.

Hoping this can help keep us all interested, accountable, and loving our fitness journeys.

There is no age limit, or fitness level required. All that we ask is that you have fun, stay positive and show up!

Add in anyone that will benefit from a supportive womens only group!
