What I’m about to tell you isn’t flashy.

Most trainers will make you save time by giving you a 20 minute “blast routine” where you do 10 different exercises, bouncing up and down off the floor and looking like a puppy on speed...

Here is my 𝙏𝙒𝙊 𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙋 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝘾𝙀𝙎𝙎 to achieving more with your training in less time.

Stop changing your routine every week.

Stop trying to do 14 different exercises for your chest to hit it from every angle.

Pick one exercise, and spend the next year getting really strong at it.

Busy, hard-working men need to be able to relax on the weekends, go out to their favourite restaurant, and let go of the stress from the working week.

But when you’re also trying to lose weight, increase your energy, and improve your confidence, how can you do both at the same time?

𝘔𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘵... 👎

You don’t start, because you’re certain that it’s impossible to lose weight 𝘈𝘕𝘋 go out to your favourite restaurants.

“𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘶 𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘐𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯, 𝘴𝘰 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘵?” 🤯

Every man inside 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 learns this on day one:

𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙄𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙣𝙚𝙢𝙮 𝙊𝙛 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨. 👌

If you think you HAVE to count every single calorie, then knowing you can’t do so, gives you justification to never start!

If you can learn to track most of the food you eat every week, and learn to 𝙇𝙀𝙏 𝙂𝙊 of controlling a small amount (like in your favourite local Italian), you’ll be amazed at the progress you can make.

Don’t aim for 𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙁𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉.

Aim for 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙂𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙎.

I was so confused, I went to the doctor for blood tests... 💉🩸

I was 23, and a full time fitness instructor (yes, the Britney Spears microphone and everything).

I had just moved to Australia for the first time and was working my ass off to make a name for myself in the fitness industry.

And one day, I felt, 𝙏𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘿... 🙈

I had never experienced this before.

Most young men havent.

Feeling sluggish, low on energy, and flat.

- 𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 I was overworking myself.

- 𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 I just lost that youthful energy.

- 𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 I was living on chocolate milk and banana bread from the servo (you Aussie’s are mad for that stuff).

Waking up fatigued, no motivation to train, and no energy to do anything fun.

𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨... 😔

I couldn’t understand what was wrong, so much so that I went to my doctor.

He did some blood tests, then offered me anti-depressants.

So I left.

I started paying attention to what I was eating, and 𝙛𝙪𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 instead of just filling myself up with calories.

I focused on training that 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙩 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮, instead of stripping it.

I could not believe the difference it made.

This was a revelation to me, especially since I used to eat whatever I wanted, stay lean and feel great all the time.

But I spent a long time figuring out exactly HOW to eat to feel good.

It’s different for everyone.

It requires trial and error.

It’s happening to men younger and younger these days.

If you’ve read this far, you probably understand from experience.

My message to you.

- 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 give up.

- 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 be tricked into thinking you feel like this just because of your age.

- 𝗗𝗢 invest time into learning how to take care of your health.

It’s a skill that gets harder to learn the longer you put it off.

Before you shake someone’s hand, they can tell, you’re a man who is disciplined, structured, hard working, and puts in the effort to the things that matter in life. 🤝

You don’t get a strong, lean physique without developing those qualities.

But right now, if you DON’T feel confident in who you are…
