A little every day goes a long way!

Let’s see what a short but daily handstand practice does for your strength, mobility and handstands before the end of the year.

It can be hard with the silly season upon us to keep routines, but this one is made dead simple.

60 seconds accumulated handstand practice time each day. All you need is a wall (or a tree/pole/friend) and some floor for your hands or back in hollow body practice.
