Cancellation Policy

I am committed to helping individuals and groups with personalized training services. This new financial year I will be implementing a cancellation policy, which I have set in place from the 10th of July onwards. This cancellation policy will ensure my business and my clients have good time management skills and allowing me to schedule all of my amazing clients.

To ensure good time management, I ask that scheduled training sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled by the client within 24 hours of the agreed upon session time. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in a charge of 50% of the session cost. If the client arrives late to their session they will lose that time the session will not be extended.

In the case of any exceptional circumstances, such as an unforeseeable emergency, please reach out to me to discuss possible exceptions. I understand unforeseeable emergencies can happen, please contact me as early as possible so we can cancel or arrange an alternate date and time.

Clients are expected to pay the full session fee in the event of a cancellation less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled training session. Clients that do not show will be expected to pay the full session fee. Late arrivals will lose the time they were late off of there session it will not be extended.
