We’re heading to the nation’s capital!
Archery Australia is pleased to release the official Event Information for the 2025 National Target Championships, taking place 16–22 November at the Australian Institute of Sport, Canberra.

Whether you’re competing in the 1440, 900, or WA720 rounds—or aiming for all three—this document has everything you need to prepare, including the full schedule, registration info, accommodation tips, and more.

Hello Everyone,

Just a reminder that this Saturday is "Field" at " Southview" so Berrima will be closed.

As some of you are aware Grahame & I have decided to sell !!! a big decision, also Grahame is going to have surgery on both his knees, so we have decided that we will no longer be running Field at Southview, so this Saturday will be the last shoot at Southview.

This also applies to the "Marulan District Field Club"

Please remember the Club Meeting is on the 21st June, lots to discuss, please try to come, there is a typo error in the time, should be 9-30am NOT 10-00am.

Also on the 24TH May we will be running The Oceania Challenge Postal, practice at 9-00, start scoring scoring at 9-30, you can enter on Archers Diary, or just show up.

State Indoor Championships Now Open for Registration

As a trial in 2025, there will be a separate indoor championship event available specifically for archers in NSW. This aims to provide more opportunities for indoor archery within the state.

In recent years, the State Indoor Championships have been held as a combined event with the National Indoor Championship. However, in 2025, clubs have the option to host a separate state-only event.

Note: Archers can still compete in a combined State/National event if they choose.

Key Details:
1. The round for the Archery NSW (ANSW) State Indoor Championships 2025 will be the WA18 Indoor round.

2. Penrith City Archers will host a standalone State Indoor Championship on 21–22 June 2025.

3. ANSW archers shooting the WA18 round as part of the National Indoor Championship may still be eligible for State Championship consideration, with the following conditions:
a. Archers have only one opportunity to qualify for the State score. This will be based on their first event shot. For example, an archer who competes at the PCA State Indoor in June and then shoots in a combined National/State event will have only their first score counted.
b. NSW archers shooting at interstate venues (excluding Tuggeranong) must email the NSW State Recorder at [email protected] to ensure their scores are properly recorded.

4. To allow time for calculation of scores, the ANSW State Indoor Championship medals will be posted to archers home clubs 3 weeks post the conclusion of the National Indoor Championship.

Note: Flight 1 on 21 June is also part of the NSW Youth Series. Archers shooting in this youth-reserved flight will also be competing in the State event.
