💙 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT – CRYSTAL SHELFORD 💙
Since rejoining F45 in February, Crystal has achieved an incredible 16kg weight loss! 👏🔥
But what impresses us even more than the number on the scales is her consistency.
Crystal is a busy mum juggling work, kids and all the unexpected things life throws her way. If something comes up and she has to cancel her morning class, chances are you’ll see her walking through the doors that afternoon.
She doesn’t wait for the “perfect” week or the “perfect” time to start again. She simply keeps showing up.
When asked about the biggest change she’s noticed, Crystal said:
“Definitely the weight loss for me. The numbers have changed but I’ve also noticed my clothes fitting better and feeling lighter. The craziest part is seeing how much weight I’ve lost and then realising I’m now lifting that same weight in class. To think I used to carry that around every day really puts it into perspective.” 💪🏽
How powerful is that? The 16kg sandbag she’s holding in this photo represents what she was carrying around every single day. Now she’s stronger, fitter and healthier because she made the decision to keep showing up for herself.
For anyone sitting on the fence or feeling nervous about starting, Crystal’s advice is simple:
“Just give it a go! Most days I spend more time talking myself into going than actually doing the workout 😂 but I always leave feeling accomplished. Between work, kids and life it’s one less thing I have to think about. I just show up and it’s all ready to go. It’s only 45 minutes out of your day and it goes quicker than you think.”
And honestly, that’s the secret.
Not motivation.
Not perfection.
Not never missing a session.
Just showing up, over and over again.
