Did you know that each Friday afternoon at Unley, Just Living Pty Ltd run a free, inclusive and supportive basketball program?

Just Living’s Inclusive Basketball Program is a fun and welcoming Friday night activity that brings together people with disability and people without disability to enjoy basketball in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Running every Friday from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, the program is free and is all about having fun, staying active, building confidence, making new friends and being part of the community. Players of different abilities can join in, learn new skills, work as a team and enjoy friendly games where everyone is encouraged to participate.

The focus is not just on basketball—it is about connection, inclusion and creating a space where everyone belongs. Whether you are an experienced player or simply want to have a go, Just Living’s Inclusive Basketball Program is a great way to finish the week with exercise, friendship and plenty of fun.
