Yoga means to "yoke" or unite to one's true self or divine essence. Connect to the breath and move the body mindfully where there is no goal or expectation in mind. Group Class - Yoga brings our community, family, friends near and far to practice together. Creating this unique sense of togetherness, belonging and warmth in each class. This allows for our attention to be turned inwards collectively

and for the practice of Yoga to begin. Private Class - Connect to the breath and heart space to flow through a unique yoga practice that is created just for you. (in-person or online)

Welcome all skills, abilities and bodies. Located in beautiful picturesque Nelson, Victoria. A small rural town a few kilometers from the South Australia border where the Glenelg River meets the Indian Ocean. Scenic views seen throughout town, while eye-catching boathouses line the river. Step outside to hear the roaring ocean waves and welcoming bird songs.

As I adjust to being a Mama, yoga teaching has taken a backseat. I have not returned to teaching in the capacity that I thought I would be and that’s ok. I absolutely love being a Mama and soaking in every moment with my little family.

I miss holding space and guiding you all through a beautiful practice so I have decided to teach once a month. Class will be the first Thursday every month at Donovans Community Centre @ 5:30-6:30pm.

Next class is this Thursday 8th May.
