Can you spot the difference between these two scuba valves to cylinder outlets? 🧐 One is suitable for 3/4-inch NPSM cylinder threads. The other will erroneously thread into a 3/4-inch NPSM cylinder neck for about three to five threads before it begins to bind.

This mismatch recently caused a tragedy in Europe - but it’s PREVENTABLE if you have the proper training & knowledge!
