Dolphin Swim Australia operates the first and only permitted WILD dolphin swim in NSW! There is a limit of 24 swimmers and 4 observers (Dolphin Watch positions) on each tour. A 4 hour cruise of the Port Stephens-Great Lakes Marine Park, educational commentary and above water photos (which are posted in an album on our FB page and can be copied/shared) are also included. The swim experience is with

the stunning, oceanic Common Dolphins. These dolphins are very energetic and very inquisitive - just what you want for a wild dolphin swim! Come and join us for this unforgettable, bucket-list experience!!!!!

Not every dolphin pod behaves the same 🐬

Some are playful and curious, some are full of energy… and some are just absolute chillers like these guys 🤙🏼

That’s one of the best parts about encountering wild dolphins, every day on the water is different and every interaction happens completely on their terms 🌊

25/26 SEASON WRAP UP 🐬🎬

This was filmed the morning after our end of season party with a few dusty stragglers that we roped into interviewing on our back deck 😂. We are sorry for the raving and delirium - it had been a big season and quite a big night of celebrating!

To follow on from the video:
We are so grateful for the last season, firstly to the wild common dolphins who consistently charged over to the boat to get on the bow and give our guests the most mind blowing wild life experience. And secondly, to our INCREDIBLE team who show up every single tour with the same passion and enthusiasm as if it were their first shift - and some have been doing this for 15+ years!! Without you guys, we wouldn’t have these insane stats to spit out or hundreds of glowing reviews about the experience (which are mostly about the staff anyway 🥹.)

And lastly, thank you to each and every one of the 2000+ FROTHERS who chose the wild way and joined us out in the open ocean. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for keeping the dream alive and giving people the ethical option of swimming with dolphins on their terms, in their environment! Legends! Every single one of you 🙏🏽

Bring on the 26/27 season!!!! With just over 6 weeks to go , the countdown is officially ON 😱

Where the adventures are pretty hard to beat! 🐬

From sunrise hikes with RIDICULOUS views, to giant sand dunes, hidden rock pools and some very curious locals of the dolphin variety 😂

Hiii Dolphin Swim family! 🐬

There has been a lot happening behind the scenes this offseason. We usually have some down time and travel during the winter months but we have been busy developing some exciting new additions for the upcoming dolphin swim season! And all will be revealed very soon, we promise…

In between these exciting new ventures, Ellie has also been busy growing a new human! We are so excited to meet our second little mate around mid September - just a week before the dolphin swim season starts! Eddie Blue talks about the bebe all the time and (it seems) that he can’t wait to meet his little sibling.
So for those who will be joining us this season I’m sure you will see Eddie onboard with Dadda a bit more helping to spot the dolphins, or ‘Daddas’ as he calls them 🥹

A few weeks ago we were shooting some content for the new merch that landed last season, that we STILL haven’t launched online. We will give priority to previous guests who missed out via email - so if that’s you, keep your eyes peeled on your emails for the launch!! Then we will release the collection to the rest of you beautiful people.
Anyway, the content shoot turned into a family maternity shoot 🥹😍 which is how we got these super cute photos. How adorable are the baby tees!!!?

That’s a little life/business/family update from us and we’re so so excited for this upcoming season and summer. It’s going to be a cracker!!! ☀️

Any guesses whether it’s a boy or girl? 🩵🩷We’ve had strong girl vibes all pregnancy but are starting to question that now!?

Yep, every dolphin develops its own signature whistle that acts like a name. Other dolphins recognise that whistle and use it to “call” them!

So those whistles you’re hearing? They could literally be calling out to one another! 🤯

Pretty bloody clever, hey?
