“Before I joined Evado Studios I felt like I was stuck in a rut. I knew that I had to do something for myself both physically and mentally but just kept putting it off.
Evado Studios have advertised a 28 day kick start program on social media and I thought how bad can it be and it is only 28 days. I reached out and was warmly welcomed into the Evado family. From the very first phone call I knew this was the place for me to regain strength and confidence to exercise again in a safe, supportive environment.
