Hey everyone! Last under 8’s carnival for the year THIS Sunday, being played at home (Neerim South Rec) so hoping for good numbers again to finish the year off!

Contact Ash Lockett or Chris Youngman to let us know if you’re keen on your child having a kick, reminder it is free to register and play so not too late to jump in!

It's U/8's carnival time again!

Date: Sunday, 19th July

Venue: Trafalgar Rec Reserve

Games will be played across two sessions. Each team entered will play two 20-minute back-to-back games (2 x 10 minute halves, 40 minutes total playing time). Same format and schedule for all carnivals.

Session 1:

Arrive at 12 midday
Briefing @ 12:20pm
Round 1 @ 12:30pm
Round 2 @ 1:00pm

Session 2:
Arrive at 1:30pm
Briefing @ 1:50pm
Round 3 @ 2:00pm
Round 4 @ 2:30pm

Age-group: Players born in 2018 and 2019 ONLY

If your child(ren) are registered already for under 8s or under 10s, you can just show up ready to play!

Helmets mandatory. Jumpers will be provided. Socks/shorts can be whatever is comfortable!

We will need 2 volunteers to be goal umpire and first aid officer.

If you are interested in playing, drop a comment below or contact Chris Youngman or Ashley Lockett before 5pm this Thursday 16th July.

In the 2 carnivals so far, the enthusiasm has been high, but numbers a little low. Let's get a big group together for a fun Sunday afternoon of footy! 💪🏉🔵⚪️

Awesome day out at Hallora today for the under 8’s carnival! Would love to see big numbers at the next carnival, the kids have a blast 💥

Reminder Auskick returns tomorrow night, second last session, with the last session coming up, we’re looking to run a bbq and get the kids some fun footy themed bags of goodies, just so we aren’t out of pocket, we’d love some financial help, donations as big as $5 or as little as a gold coin would go a long way🤞🏼

Hope to have a few spare helmets for those who don’t have one and trying for the first time, registration is still open from the previous post so still time to jump on board and have a go this Sunday, see you all there 😺 🔵⚪️🔵

Hey everyone, had a few parents ask how many sessions were left last week, this will be session 7 out of 9 tonight, that’s with no Auskick next Monday for Kings Birthday!

Also the next under 8’s carnival has been moved from Kings Birthday (next Monday) to Sunday June 14th so a week later essentially.
