Sharon can support your health and fitness goals no matter what your fitness level, ability or age.
Joining a local gym has many benefits outside of fitness, it’s a great place to learn more about how to improve your overall health, and connect with other community members.
You can talk with Sharon about joining or Strength and Balance Classes, or perhaps a one on one session is more suitable to your needs.

Today is Chelsey's last day as the Gym Coordinator 😢

Just a quick message from Chels:
"Thank you to the wonderful Nathalia Gym Community. I have absolutely loved my time here and the friendships I have made with you all.
I look forward to my next chapter as a Registered Nurse, but will miss the gym dearly.
I wish you all the best and I will pop in for another workout with you all soon 💜 (so make sure you keep coming in and doing your workouts!!!!)"

Monday 2pm-6pm
Wednesday 2pm-6pm
Thursday 8am-12pm
*No groups will be running until further notice*
