Sunday August 9th saw the players competing for the Clayton Cup, a long running event. Winner of the day was Chris Betterley with a fantastic 41 points followed closely by a returning Bill Rybarczyk with 39 points. Other good scores were Gary Sobey on 38 points and Laurie Dunn 37.

There will be no competition at Narrogin on Saturday as it is the Cuballing Golf Club 4BBB with Sunday seeing Cuballing’s Open Day. We ask that Narrogin members support their weekend and wish them well.

Sunday saw the inaugural running of the Nutrien Ag Solutions - Narrogin 4BBB open to all players and clubs. We thank Nutrien for their support and look forward to a bigger and better 2027.

Presenting the trophies were Narrogin Branch Manager, Brad and Nutrien Harcourt Real Estate Rising Star Izzy. Winners on the day were Angie Dent and Sam Clark from the Cuballing Golf Club with 46 points followed by Kim Derbyshire and Shane Thornton from Narrogin with 43 points on a countback from 3rd place Tyson Densham and Wayne Jones of the Boddington Golf Club.

Always good to see visitors to the Narrogin Golf Club who are always welcome.

Following on from a very successful Farmers Centre 4BBB and the CRISP Wireless Narrogin Cup we thank all of our sponsors and ask all club members and other participants in the event to support our sponsors wherever they can.

Sunday 26th July Results

This Sunday saw the competition turn to a Stroke Qualifying round for the men with the women also competing in the Les Chitty Life Member mug (Yeti Stubby holder). Winner of the A Grade was Peter Baker, with his first round of the year and returning from England, with a Nett 73 followed by Raf Corasaniti with a Nett 75. Winner of the B Grade, and the second time a woman has won a mug this year, was Sue Short with a Nett 70 followed by Kim Derbyshire with a Nett 73.

Best Gross of the day was Wayne Palumbo with 80 off the stick.

This week we will play a club event on Saturday as Williams runs their open day which is proceeded by their 4BBB on Friday. We wish Williams all the best for their event and encourage our members to compete. Sunday will see the inaugural Nutrien Ag Solutions - Narrogin 4BBB which we have invited all clubs and Nutrien clients to join us for the day.

🏆2026 CRISP Wireless Narrogin Cup – Tradition Reimagined! 🏆

This weekend marked a historic chapter for the CRISP Wireless Faster Internet Narrogin Cup, with men and women competing together for the first time in a single 36-hole stroke event played from the same tees.

By throwing out the traditional rule book and embracing a new format, the Narrogin Golf Club delivered a highly successful event that showcased great golf, sportsmanship and inclusivity.

🌟 2026 Narrogin Cup Junior Competition – A Bright Future for Golf 🌟

The inaugural Narrogin Cup Junior Competition was held as part of the 2026 CRISP Wireless Narrogin Cup, with eight young golfers competing over 18 holes within the main tournament field.

This exciting new event was inspired by the return of junior coaching at Narrogin Golf Club, championed by Carol Hardie and supported by Golf WA and Regional Support Officer Scott Ballantyne. In recognition of Carol's dedication to developing junior golf, the trophy proudly bears her name.

Junior golfers travelled from Katanning, Cuballing and Northam to take part in a day focused on fun, learning and competition.

🏆 Congratulations to Xavier Sibley from Northam Golf Club, who claimed the inaugural title and won a round of golf for two at The Vines Resort.

Every participant received a prize pack in recognition of their efforts, thanks to the generous support of: SportsPower Narrogin CRISP Wireless Faster Internet & The Vines Resort

⛳ Successful 2026 Farmers Centre Narrogin 4BBB at Narrogin Golf Club ⛳️

A field of 116 golfers teed off on Friday, 17 July for the ever-popular Farmers Centre 4BBB, the traditional lead-in event to the CRISP Wireless Faster Internet Narrogin Cup.

After an overnight soaking, the weather turned in the players’ favour, allowing everyone to enjoy a great day on the course.
