Before you decide you’re not a gym person, ask yourself this:
Have you ever actually been taught how to train?
Because a lot of people don’t hate the gym.
They hate feeling confused.
They hate feeling watched.
They hate walking into a room and not knowing what to do.
They hate being thrown into exercises that weren’t explained or scaled properly.
That doesn’t mean you don’t belong in a gym.
It might just mean you haven’t had the right starting point yet.
At Wheatbelt Strength, we don’t expect you to walk in knowing everything. We teach the basics, scale the work, build confidence through reps, and help you understand what you’re doing.
That’s what Foundations is for.
If you’ve been telling yourself you’re too unfit, too awkward, too nervous, too weak, too old or just “not a gym person” - this might be your place to start.
