Holy moly - I swear my glutes get more sore every leg session I do. More stair master today and my lower back and glutes are feeling it.

Early morning back session followed by 10mins HIIT (30secs run 30secs off). Burned 450 cals. Happy with that. What are you all up to this morning....??

5.30am Chest session followed by 35mins treadmill walk at various inclines - approx 300 cals (forgot my heartrate strap). 9am - 10min treadmill and rower followed by 15min WOW - 402 cals. Total cals (approx) 700 for the morning. My body is screaming at me right now. Time for some magnesium tabs and maybe a green tea. Phew.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner. First day on Maxines. Burned 619cals doing leg session and doing 27% incline for 10mins (Oh gosh it hurt). Maxines Burn protein powder tastes yummy.
