While most of the world is still asleep, these epic women are already ticking the box, lifting heavy, moving their bodies, laughing with their friends and doing something positive for themselves before the chaos of the day begins ✨

Busy jobs.
Kids.
Lunchboxes.
Sport runs.
Life admin.
Perimenopause.
Broken sleep.
Stress.

None of it magically disappears… but these women still choose to make themselves a priority anyway 🫶

An 8-week winter challenge designed to help you stay CONSISTENT through the season where most people fall off 👊

No extremes.�No fluff.�No “I’ll start Monday.”

Just showing up for yourself over and over again 💥

Here’s the challenge 👇

🔥 1. Train 3 x Per Week @ Soul Fit�No fluff. No “I’ll go tomorrow”. Show up.

🔥 2. 8–10k Steps 3 x a week�Rain, kids, chaos… doesn’t matter. Get it done.

🔥 3. Protein At Every Meal�Stop guessing. Be intentional.

🔥 4. Pick your poison�No alcohol, no takeaway, an extra session per week etc 👀

🔥 5. One “I Don’t Want To” Session Per Week�The class you avoid.�The weights you don’t want to increase.�The early alarm.�The hard thing.�The stretch class.

🔥 6. Limit Ultra-Processed Foods�Not about restriction… just being more mindful of what you’re fuelling your body with.

🔥 7. 2L Water Daily 💧�Non-negotiable.

🔥 8. Rest/Detox Hygiene�Phone down. Prioritise sleep. Set mobile/digital boundaries.

🔥 9. Progress�Take a photo at the same time each week — front, back and side in the same clothes.�(You do NOT need to post these.)

💸 $300 CASH PRIZE 💸

One of the things I hear most from new mums when they enquire about Soul Fit is…

“But what’s the crèche like?” 🥺🤍

And honestly? I completely understand. Handing your little one over to someone else, even for an hour, can feel really overwhelming.

The funny thing is… when I start talking about Sue and Kim, I probably sound like I’m exaggerating 😂

I gush over them so much that I sometimes think new mums must wonder what on earth I’m talking about.

But then they meet them… and it all makes sense 🤍

Sue and Kim have been with us for years and years, and they are truly two of the most beautiful women you could ever hope to have caring for your children.

They don’t just “watch the kids.”

They LOVE these little humans like their own 🫶

They are patient, nurturing, calm, kind and so incredibly passionate about helping each child feel safe, settled and comfortable in the space. The bonds they build with these little ones are honestly so special to witness 🥹

And what they do for our mums is just as important.

Because when a mum knows her baby or child is happy, safe and cared for… she can finally take a breath. She can move her body, clear her mind and have a little bit of time for herself without worrying 💛

One of my favourite things about our crèche is that it’s all visible from the gym floor too, so mums can always peek over and check in whenever they need 👶✨

We are SO lucky to have these amazing women as part of our Soul Fit family. They are a huge part of what makes this place feel so special 🤍

Thank you Sue & Kim… for loving our little people the way you do 🫶

It’s a place where women are genuinely supported through every season of life, whether that’s motherhood, rebuilding confidence, improving your health, training for longevity, managing stress, or simply trying to prioritise yourself again.

We care about the bigger picture.
About helping women feel strong, capable, included and supported.. both inside and outside the gym.
