“Anti-inflammatory” has become one of those buzzwords that gets thrown around a lot.
But when you strip away the marketing, anti-inflammatory eating is usually just... eating more wholefoods.

We definitely need more wholefoods, so I’ll create a cheat sheet with some visuals in the next coming weeks.
I like to make it fun by choosing some different produce and making a new recipe out of it.
Example; what healthy recipe can I make with a sweet potato?
What’s another way of incorporating fruit into my diet that’s not a smoothie?
