The Bombers are rolling in more Cents talent with a true #1 receiver. Good luck in the Hunter Gridiron League, Red Bull!

It’s time to announce another massive signing to start the year off right - James Hennecke.

James is coming off a huge season in the ACT league, earning Offensive MVP after proving himself as one of the most explosive threats in the country. Big plays, big moments, and big production. James showed out every week, helping keep the Centurions’ offence rolling all year.

Last season, James put up an elite stat line:
35 Receptions, 800 Yards, and 12 Touchdowns.

His talent hasn’t gone unnoticed - James was selected to represent Australia in the Outback U20s at the 2024 World Championships and he’s also been named to the 2025 ACT Men’s Flag Team. A dynamic playmaker with speed, precision, and a knack for finding the end zone, we can’t wait to see James in a Bombers jersey making highlight‑reel plays!

We would like to send a massive belated thank you to Queanbeyan for their generous donation of hydration and recovery items for our Seniors Capital Bowl.

These supplies went a long way in helping our athletes stay hydrated during the big game on a hot summer day, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support of local businesses who back community sport.

That's a wrap for 2025 and we fall short of victory today with the Wolves proving their strength in the big dance.

Congratulations on winning Capital Bowl 33 in Juniors and Seniors and it was a pleasure competing with you this year as it has always been with you in the competition.

Thank you to everyone that showed their support for us today and over the season.
