💪 Another client testimonial 💪

"I have been at this gym for almost 3 months now and have been absolutely loving it. 2 weeks into starting there, I joined the 8 week challenge.

When I joined the gym I was 74.3kg. 2 weeks later I weighed in for the start of the 8 week challenge at 73.4kg.

I had 2 goals for the challenge. Goal 1 was to weigh within the 60s and Goal 2 was to make into the 66kg range.

The training sessions were amazing and really helped me reach my goals quickly. Altering what meals I prepped was the biggest challenge to ensure I kept carbs and fat as low as possible whilst still feeling like I had a sustainable meal.

Half way into the challenge and I had already achieved my first goal. By the last day and weigh-in, I was 67.0kg so only 1g off hitting my second goal and I was so excited about that.

In the end I lost over 7kg and am feeling the fittest I have ever felt."

Amazing work! The great thing about challenges is that you can really focus in and set your mind on doing your best because it's only for a short time.

Some will say it doesn't teach you anything but I disagree... counting calories and learning to eyeball portion sizes is a great benefit and learning to deal with "actual hunger" and perceived hunger is also very beneficial.

You can always build upon the short term strategies with long term strategies after the challenge with the added motivation of already achieving great results

Over 1k cash prize!!! But more than that, he's the leanest and lightest he's been in years.

Only 8 weeks and he managed to lose 9kg! Started at 82.5 and finished at 73.5kg, he now keeds a while new wardrobe! A good problem to have 🤣

Well done brother! Calories come up now and spend some time gaining back some strength and building up muscle. 💪

Congratulations to our 1st and 2nd place winners in our 8 week challenge!

Combined they lost just under 14kg in 8 WEEKS!!! Crazy! And they also won over $1000

The result between them was only 0.05% difference in weight lost! So close!

To get these results it's really quite simple in theory. I gave them a calorie goal and macro targets to hit, they lifted weights twice a week, full body program... and got their steps up on other days.

Simple? Yes, but a lot of effort and consistency over 8 weeks to get these amazing results

Four weeks into my eight-week challenge at Active Fitness and I’m 3kg down.

With James’ guidance — especially around dialing in my macros and sticking to a structured plan — I’ve been consistent, focused, and disciplined. I’m eating clean, drinking around 2L of water a day, weight training twice a week, and averaging about 15,000 steps daily.

The results are so worth the effort. My energy is through the roof — I kept up with five kids at a Treetop Adventure this week, climbing the uphill Treecoaster track multiple times without feeling wiped out.

My clothes are fitting better - in fact I wore a pair of shorts on the weekend purchased last Christmas that were just too tight - they now fit perfectly!

My muscle definition is starting to show, and I feel firmer, stronger, and confident I’ll achieve my goals.

Halfway through, and I already feel like a different person.

Excited to see what the next four weeks brings 💥

Client Spotlight

Renee was a client from over 10 years ago when I first started training clients in Narellan. She actually won our 12 Week transformation challenge then and did an amazing job.

Like many however, life got in the way, she had some health setbacks which she has overcome and last year decided she wanted to get her health back on track.

Renee came in on our 6 week challenge last year and in December she had lost over 10kg!!!

She has the nickname "Rambo Renee" because she just gets the work done and works hard in and out of the gym.

Wel done Renee you've achieved a fantastic transformation and you're still killing it in the gym today!
