What started as a little idea has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. Rebound has become a place where people come not just to move their bodies, but to feel stronger, more confident, supported, welcomed, and part of something. Watching friendships form, confidence grow, and this community become such a special part of so many people’s lives means more to us than we could ever put into words.
