🏆 WHAT A GRAND FINAL DAY FOR WILTON! 🏆

What a way to finish the 2026 season!

A massive congratulations to our Grand Final winners:

🏆 Inter 6 Bandicoots — PREMIERS
🏆 11C Joeys — PREMIERS
🏆 JD1 Gumnuts — PREMIERS

And a huge congratulations to our JD2 Waratahs — RUNNERS UP after an incredible season and Grand Final campaign.

We could not be prouder of the way all four teams represented Wilton Netball Club today — the determination, teamwork and sportsmanship on display was something special.

And to our WNC community… WOW.

So many Wilton families, players, coaches and supporters came out today to cheer from the sidelines. Seeing our club colours around the courts and hearing the support for our teams made an already special day even better.

That’s what being part of a club is all about. 🩵

Congratulations to every player, coach, manager and family involved — and thank you to everyone who came out to support.

🔥🏐 GRAND FINAL WEEK CONTINUES! 🏐🔥

It’s time to shine the spotlight on another one of our amazing teams… 💙

🏐 WILTON GUMNUTS – JD1 🏐

What a season it has been for the Gumnuts! 💙🔥

The Gumnuts finished the regular season as MINOR PREMIERS, putting together an incredible season and setting themselves up for a big finals campaign! 🏆👏

Heading into the Semi Finals, the Gumnuts faced the Blossoms in what was always going to be a tough battle. And they certainly delivered! 🔥🏐

In an outstanding Semi Final performance, the Gumnuts came away with a 33–25 WIN, earning themselves a straight-through pass into the Grand Final! 🎉🏆

After a well-earned week off, the Gumnuts are prepped, refreshed and ready to take on the biggest game of the season! 💪🔥

And there’s a little extra excitement surrounding this Grand Final… 👀

They’ll face the Blossoms once again, setting up what promises to be a nail-biting game of netball! 🏐🔥

But this team knows what it takes…

🏆 JD1 CHAMPIONS IN 2025 AS 14-YEAR-OLDS 🏆

Now, in 2026, they have the opportunity to go BACK-TO-BACK CHAMPIONS! 💙🔥

It’s time to shine the spotlight on another one of our amazing teams… 💙

🏐 WILTON BANDICOOTS – JD6 🏐

What a season it has been for the Bandicoots! 💙🔥

A newly built team coming into JD6, the Bandicoots have taken on the challenge head-on and put together an AMAZING season, finishing the season as MINOR PREMIERS! 🏆👏

Heading into the Semi Finals, the Bandicoots were riding high after an incredible season and were ready to take the next step towards Grand Final glory.

And they certainly delivered! 🔥🏐

In a fantastic Semi Final battle, the Bandicoots came through with a 24–20 WIN, securing their place in the Grand Final with a pass straight through! 🎉🏆

👏 WELL DONE BANDICOOTS! 👏

From a newly built team stepping into JD6 to finishing as Minor Premiers and earning themselves a spot in the Grand Final — what an incredible achievement! 💙

🔥🏐 GRAND FINAL WEEK CONTINUES! 🏐🔥

It’s time to shine the spotlight on another one of our incredible teams… 💙

🏐 JD2 - WILTON WARATAHS 🏐

The Waratahs have fought hard all season to finish 2nd on the ladder and earn themselves a place in the Semi Finals! 🔥🏆

Heading into the Semi Finals, the Waratahs faced the Minor Premiers in what was always going to be a tough battle. Unfortunately, the Waratahs couldn't get the win on the day, but they weren't ready to give up just yet! 💪

With everything still to play for, the Waratahs headed into the Prelim Final against the Benkennie Bearcats, knowing that a spot in the Grand Final was on the line. 🏆🔥

After a tough battle, the Waratahs dug deep, found another gear and came through as WINNERS 39–31! 💙💙

🎉 GRAND FINAL BOUND! 🎉

And now… they get another shot!

This week, the Waratahs revisit the Semi Final and take on the Minor Premiers once again, this time with a Grand Final title on the line! 🏆🔥

What an incredible journey it has been, and what an opportunity awaits!

🔥🏐 LET’S KICK OFF GRAND FINAL WEEK! 🏐🔥

What better way to start than with our first TEAM OF THE WEEK!

🏐 WILTON JOEYS – 11C’S 🏐

The Joeys have worked incredibly hard all year to secure their spot in the 2026 Grand Final — for the SECOND YEAR RUNNING! 🔥🏆

Finishing the season as Minor Premiers, the Joeys headed into the Semi Finals full of determination and ready to take on the 2nd place Macarthur Jags.
What followed was an absolute nail-biter! 😮‍💨🏐 In an incredibly close and exciting battle, the Joeys came through with a 17–15 WIN and securing their place in the 11C’s Grand Final this Saturday! 💙

👏 WELL DONE JOEYS! 👏

What a fabulous season you have had so far! Your hard work, determination and commitment have earned you this moment, and we couldn’t be prouder. 💙

We cannot wait to watch you take the court this weekend and cheer you on every step of the way!

🔥 PRELIM FINALS 🔥

We are ready for the second week of finals.

Congratulations to the 3 teams who are ready to take the court this week in our Preliminary Finals!! We cannot wait to see you hit the court and put all your hard work into action.

We would love to see our Teal, White and Grey army out in force today supporting our teams from the sideline.

Remember a few important rules for finals

🏐 All players must be in full WNC uniform
🏐 Spectators to remain positive on the sideline at all times - cheering and supporting both teams
🏐 Respect our umpires
🏐 HAVE FUN - enjoy this moment of making it to the finals after a long season

🩵 THE BANDICOOTS DID A THING…

On Saturday, our Bandicoots coach had a little surprise planned for the girls.

The parents were secretly asked to create a “Support a Sibling” poster for each player — and the girls had absolutely no idea it was coming.

When they arrived to see their families on the sidelines holding their signs, it was pretty special. 🥹

A beautiful reminder to our Bandicoots that when they step onto that court, they have a whole crew standing behind them.

And judging by those smiles… we think the surprise was a hit. 🩵🏐

This is WNC. This is club spirit.

🏐 WHAT A DAY FOR WILTON NETBALL CLUB! 🩵

What an incredible day of finals netball for WNC!

We had 6 teams take the court yesterday and every single one is still in the finals race!

👏 3 teams are straight through to the GRAND FINAL
👏 3 teams get another opportunity next week

Not one Wilton team was eliminated — an amazing achievement and something our entire club should be incredibly proud of.

We also want to say a huge THANK YOU to the WNC players and families who weren’t playing today but still came out to support our teams. Seeing Wilton colours around the courts and hearing our club cheering from the sidelines means more than you know. That is what club spirit is all about. 🩵

Next week, we’d love to see even more of our Wilton community there!

Our Emus, Waratahs and Koalas will all take the court at 11am, fighting for their place in the Grand Final.

If you’re free, grab your Wilton colours, bring the family and come down to cheer them on. There is going to be some fantastic netball on display!

While the Winter Season is gearing up for the Finals we are kicking off our Expressions of Interest for Summer Comp 2026.

📅 Wednesday nights
📍 Narellan Sports Hub
⏱️ Games are played at 6pm, 7pm or 8pm (determined at a later date, play same time each week)
🏐 Season runs for 8 weeks - 14th Oct - 2nd Dec

❗️Current 2026 WNC Winter Comp players - please see your coach about joining the team - coaches will complete an EOi on behalf of their team (there is no need to complete an EOI individually if you are a current player). Regustration links will be provided by your coach.
