Here’s what actually happens when you’re in your own way…

Monday you’re motivated.
Groceries bought. Plan ready. Classes booked. This week is THE ONE.

By Wednesday life is busy. You miss a session.
Thursday and or Friday takeaway happens.
And your brain goes, “I’ve blown it… “F&$k it’s, I’ll restart next week. (Again)

But the missed workout didn’t stop your progress. It’s the constant restarting that did.

So next week you overcorrect.
More workouts. Less food. Trying to make up for it.
You last 2 weeks, burn the F out and think the plan failed (again) so what’s the point…

It didn’t fail.. here’s the thing..

Your body just NEEDS BORING:
✅ 3–4 sessions a week, walks, protein, sleep.

You don’t need a new program to follow.
You need to stop waiting to feel motivated and stop starting over.

Fat loss comes from the Friday you continued… not the Monday you restarted ( a million times a year)

Consistency beats motivation. Every time!

Fitness for anyone is always a good option.

Not because of how you look but because it demands you to solely choose yourself and focus on you be it 30 minutes or an hour.

It’s shuts the noise out other than people around you cheering you on! No demands other than you pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.

It’s mental space. It’s physical space. It emotional space so YOU can FEEL your absolute best and handle your s**t.

If you’re stuck, unhappy or uncertain throw yourself into your fitness. The payoff is transferable to every area of life!

💀 Make sure you learn to fuel adequately before an after the event

40 F% Kgs LOST FOREVER 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

This deserves a spot in the feed to recognise hard work!

When she told me she has lost 40kgs immediately I thought she has to hold the 2 x 20kg KBs to feel the difference physically 👏

Instantly she gasped, we all gasped at not only the fact that she was carrying that around and knowing no different but how many other things she had shed other than the extra weight.

✔️ Less aches and pains
✔️ Can get up and down off the ground easier
✔️ Can move freely with her kids
✔️ More confidence in herself
✔️ And more mental clarify feeling good daily

All achieved in just over a year! 1 year of a new path to a better version of herself!

And this wasn’t done with super strict food rules. It’s was purely consistency! We are so excited to see how much further you can go in 2026 girl.
