Here’s what actually happens when you’re in your own way…
Monday you’re motivated.
Groceries bought. Plan ready. Classes booked. This week is THE ONE.
By Wednesday life is busy. You miss a session.
Thursday and or Friday takeaway happens.
And your brain goes, “I’ve blown it… “F&$k it’s, I’ll restart next week. (Again)
But the missed workout didn’t stop your progress. It’s the constant restarting that did.
So next week you overcorrect.
More workouts. Less food. Trying to make up for it.
You last 2 weeks, burn the F out and think the plan failed (again) so what’s the point…
It didn’t fail.. here’s the thing..
Your body just NEEDS BORING:
✅ 3–4 sessions a week, walks, protein, sleep.
You don’t need a new program to follow.
You need to stop waiting to feel motivated and stop starting over.
Fat loss comes from the Friday you continued… not the Monday you restarted ( a million times a year)
Consistency beats motivation. Every time!
