- If you know Ryan, you know exactly why everyone loves having him around.
He’s always walking through the doors with a smile, always up for a chat, and always bringing great energy to the room.
Whether he’s training here at THE STNDRD HQ, keeping goals out for the white hot Narellan Rangers ⚽️, or flying around the go-kart track 🏎️, Ryan always seems to have something on the go! But no matter how busy life gets, he still makes his training a priority.
He’s a welcoming face, a great bloke, and someone who makes our community better just by being part of it.

- Where do we even start with Montana?
She’s been a bright light in our community from day one.
Montana has been with us through so many different seasons of life! The highs, the lows, and everything in between. But through it all, one thing has never changed: she keeps showing up.
She’s a single mum to two beautiful kids, a business owner, and somehow still finds the time to prioritise herself and her health.
Always smiling, always encouraging others, and always bringing positive energy wherever she goes. She’s such a special part of what makes this place what it is.

- Some people walk into a gym and instantly become part of the fabric of the community. Maree is one of those people.After joining us from another studio, it didn’t take long for her to find a home here at THE STNDRD HQ.
She’s a dedicated mum, a hard worker, and above all else, an incredible human being.
During our recent fit-out, with our deadline approaching and still work to be done, Maree stayed back one night with a paint roller in hand. Not because we asked her to, but simply because that’s the kind of person she is.
She makes people feel welcome, brings warmth into every room she walks into, and has become such an important part of our community.

To all three of you — thank you.

300 sessions is an incredible milestone, but what we appreciate most isn’t just the sessions you’ve completed. It’s the energy, support, and positivity you’ve brought to our community along the way.
