Stay Zen Yoga Yoga Studio Hello and welcome to my page!! Stay Zen was created in 2017 and its philosophy is very important to me. Contact me to come along and try a class.

I don’t know where I would be without yoga and meditation. My life took a more spiritual path once myself and my 3 kids experienced a family trauma. I found yoga and meditation and it changed our lives. In this day and age, life is so busy and stressful and I personally think we all need to do whatever it takes to Stay Zen. I have been very lucky to have lots of amazing people around me and now it

’s time to give back. I became a yoga teacher in 2017 and my goal is to help people to feel good, happy, strong, calm, sane and able to Stay Zen. You will feel good! And even if you do other forms of exercise (like me), yoga will complement anything else you do. Anyone can do it! I look forward to seeing you soon and helping you Stay Zen.
