Definitely felt a lot better tonight! Decided to see what my splits were for each of normal 5 “laps.” Laps 1, 3, 5, 7 & 9 consist of 4 rounds with 2, 4, 6, 8 & 10 the last of each “lap.”

Monday arvo/night skip session ✅
Not too bad considering I had a big weekend (lots got done including school open day and bonus swim training sesh) for eldest, play date for youngest (swimming friend) so I was pretty exhausted last night but the good ole brain was going around and around like a hamster on a wheel.
Finally fell asleep somewhere between 11pm & midnight, alarm at 4.30am for hub’s to go to work and me to start the day with chest, shoulders and biceps before mad dash to get kids to school with a blood test on the way for my eldest.
Work, school pick-up done!
Hub’s has got his new engine running this afternoon in so no doubt he’s happy as a pig in mud right about now! Almost a wrap on a Manic Monday!

Smashed out legs this morning. 😄
You know it’s going to be all kinds of screwed up when you hit stop then reset after the first “lap,” aka burpees, incidentally that was 4:27.84 then balls up after squats by not hitting lap and do 3 rounds of situps. Pulled it together for the last “lap” of mountain climbers.
