This is something I’ve done before and have been eating along this path again recently as I know I feel so good eating this way.
If anyone fancies trying plant based eating this would be a great starting point.
It doesn’t have to be perfect you just do the best you can and I’m sure you’ll learn a few tips and bits and pieces along the way 😉☘️

This article is so relevant in our current social culture and I hope you can all find a few minutes to have a break and take a read.
Yes there are some fabulous people out there doing amazing things and that's great!! Then there's the rest of us busting our butts to sometimes just get through the day in one piece;-)
Yes I am fortunate to be doing some great running adventures but everyone doesn't see the early...and dark mornings we get up and get out to go run to get the miles up on the legs to get us fit and prepared for these awesome running adventures.
We work hard, not always willingly....but we do it because we love it. BUT we still have those days where it just doesn't happen because life, kids, family or ourselves just get in the way.
I think this article perfectly sums up it's OK to be human, to not be perfect and be absolutely OK with where ever you are at;-)

22.5km UTA done ✅ amazing scenery, stunning weather ☀️ great company!!
If you’d have asked my about 5+ years ago if I’d run an ultra trail I would’ve laughed at you😂
Fast forward to now and I love to run trails, adventure race and have the most amazing friends to do it with❤️
Life is to short to not truly live it!! Doesn’t matter what you enjoy doing just get out and do it😊💪🏼

If you need any sports supplements or would like some information on what is good for you 😝 come to Jetts at Narangba this Tuesday from 4pm-6pm we have House of Supplements giving away tastings and goodies😍 and they actually know what they are talking about😉
My current personal fav is “rush” for pre workout, great for clarity and focus in a heavy lifting session 💪🏼
