If this sounds like you, On Track Fitness and Health is here to help. Our group fitness sessions are designed and structured to suit ANY fitness level and are a great way for you to reach your own personal goals. We want to help you achieve more than you thought you could offering a variety of ex

ercises at every session. Our "Mums On Track" sessions are perfect for mums and women looking to get fit and motivated in a friendly atmosphere where each workout includes some fun, laughs and plenty of smiling faces. Not to mention the convenience of being able to bring the kids along. From cardio training to weights and resistance training, bootcamp style training, circuit training, team and individual tasks and much, much more, we’ve got your fitness and exercise needs covered. We’ll even supply the equipment, an awesome location to train on (including a huge playground for the kids), an undercover area for when it rains, toilet facilities and plenty of parking. Our one-hour "Mums On Track" sessions run Monday and Thursday at 9:15am and are only $10 per person. Sessions are on a completely casual pay as you go basis with bulk session cards also available at discounted prices – ask Bonnie about these today! So all you need to do now is send us a message, book yourself in to one of our sessions and come on down and get yourself On Track.

Due to people having scheduling changes at work, school going back & other life factors like covid, sport trials/sign ups ... we have made the decision for the next few weeks we will be running by booking only ... At this stage we have bookings in for Mon & Fri so classes will run (still currently pencilled in at 8am until mid next week) - but please advise your attendance to secure your spot ... remember we are flexible on day & time so no one misses out.
Thank you for your continued support & look forward to getting back to our usual schedule as soon as possible.
