A massive shoutout to Ash, who has been part of the PEPT community for years now!

Ash has been absolutely locked in with her semi-private training and is seeing some awesome results. Her body fat is down, her muscle mass is up, and all of her consistent effort is definitely paying off!

Even while navigating a busy work schedule, Ash continues to prioritise her training and gets the work done whenever she can. She always brings a great attitude to her sessions and continues to make steady progress week after week.

This Client of the Week has definitely been a long time coming, but it’s well and truly deserved!

Today we want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing Tahnee, who has reached a massive milestone of 15% body fat loss! 👏🏻🔥

Over the past 6 months, Tahnee has worked incredibly hard, implementing consistent training, healthier eating habits, and a real commitment to improving her health.

But Tahnee’s achievements go far beyond the numbers! She has the biggest heart and is always checking in on those around her. She brings the best banter, plenty of laughs, and the 3:30pm crew absolutely love having her as part of the PEPT community! 💙
