🌟 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT – SUSANNE 🌟

Susanne has been with PEPT for over 6 months and has made huge strides in her strength and confidence. After moving to the area, she joined with the goal of building muscle, improving her energy levels, and continuing to manage her osteoporosis, which has been a major focus for her over the last few years.

From day one, Susanne has been committed to the process. She is highly focused on her nutrition, particularly her protein intake, and is always open to learning more. Her goal has always been to strengthen her legs, build muscle tone, and maintain her independence as she gets older.

The results have been outstanding. What started with simple bodyweight squats has progressed to a 65kg trap bar deadlift! 💪🏾 We are incredibly proud of the effort and consistency she brings every week and can’t wait to see what she achieves next. 🖤

💙 MEMBER SHOUTOUT JACKSON 💙

What a powerhouse! 💪🔥

Jackson has absolutely locked in and the results are speaking for themselves, losing an incredible 7kg+ in the past month! He knew it was time to make some changes, we put a plan together, and he committed to the process. His hard work, consistency, and determination are paying off in a big way.

One of the things we love most about Jackson is his drive to improve every single session. Whether it’s lifting heavier, tackling a new exercise, or squeezing out that extra set when it gets tough, he always gives 100% and is constantly pushing himself to be better.

His cheeky sense of humour and daily banter with his partner Holly are always a highlight of our afternoons. Watching them support and encourage each other while preparing for their wedding in October has been awesome to see. ❤️💍

Jackson, we’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved so far. Keep smashing your goals, inspiring those around you, and being such a valued part of our community.

🔥 MEMBER SHOUT OUT – EPA! 🔥

A huge shout out to Epa for the incredible consistency she’s been showing with her training! 💪

One thing that really stands out about Epa is the energy she brings to every session. She turns up ready to work, ready to learn, and always with a positive attitude that lifts those around her.

What’s been even more impressive is her willingness to push that little bit further every time she trains. Whether it’s squeezing out a few extra reps, adding a little more weight to the bar, or digging deep during conditioning to go a little longer, Epa consistently challenges herself and refuses to settle for “good enough.”

Those small efforts add up over time, and that’s exactly how long-term results are built. Her dedication, work ethic, and commitment to improving are setting her up for some fantastic progress.

We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved so far, Epa, and we’re excited to see what the next few weeks and months have in store for you! Keep up the amazing work! 👏🔥💪

🎉 CLIENT OF THE WEEK!!! RICK 🎉

Massive shoutout to this week’s Client of the Week – Rick!

Many of you have probably seen Rick around the gym putting in the work in our semi-private sessions. Despite dealing with a knee injury, he hasn’t let it slow him down one bit.

A few reasons why Rick is this week’s Client of the Week:

✅ Continues to show up and train despite his knee injury
✅ Has been incredibly consistent with his sessions
✅ Doesn’t let setbacks stop his progress
✅ Brings a great mindset to every workout
✅ Has made training a part of his lifestyle
