Michelle worked with us to set some big goals that we knew would challenge her but were achievable in the 9 weeks and girl did she deliver!! Proving that you don’t need to train 6-7 times a week to see amazing results, averaging 3-4 sessions for 9 weeks and dropping an amazing 6.8kg of body fat! All this while gaining nearly a kg of muscle!
An absolute pleasure to have in the gym and setting a great example for her kids to follow creating such a positive environment around health & fitness. Michelle wins herself a 2-month SESH Training membership!! Congratulations on all of your hard work Michelle 😊

After shoulder surgery just before the start of our Summer Shred Program, Steve didn’t miss a beat still showing up day in, day out and putting the work into his rehab and strength training! Slowly working more upper body work into his program, Steve was able to intertwine rehab exercises into our classes and fast-track the recovery from his operation. It's not just all about Fat Loss, Steve stacked on a massive 4.3kg of Muscle!!

CONSISTENCY was the key, averaging 5 sessions per week across the 9 weeks. Steve is a great example of commitment, enjoying the journey and striving to be 1�tter every single day. Congratulations again Steve and thank you for all that you bring to SESH Training!!

Weight training to get stronger, YES.
A top tier side effect, lifting weights improves your physical appearance too. It can actually completely transform and change your body. For many people that means a huge boost in self-confidence!! Who doesn't like to look good?!
We recommend doing at least 3 weight training sessions per week to see positive progressive results.
