STEVEN BOUNDS
After shoulder surgery just before the start of our Summer Shred Program, Steve didn’t miss a beat still showing up day in, day out and putting the work into his rehab and strength training! Slowly working more upper body work into his program, Steve was able to intertwine rehab exercises into our classes and fast-track the recovery from his operation. It's not just all about Fat Loss, Steve stacked on a massive 4.3kg of Muscle!!
CONSISTENCY was the key, averaging 5 sessions per week across the 9 weeks. Steve is a great example of commitment, enjoying the journey and striving to be 1�tter every single day. Congratulations again Steve and thank you for all that you bring to SESH Training!!
