Nambucca District Little Athletics caters to children aged 3 to 20 years, from our youngest Tiny Tots (ages 3–4) to Little Athletes (5–12) and our Junior Athletes (13–20). Each week, athletes will get hands-on exposure to a variety of track and field events, with age-appropriate programs designed to build movement skills, boost confidence, and create a love of being active. The 2025/26 season will be packed with exciting activities and plenty of fun. Sessions run for about one hour every Friday afternoon from 4:30pm, starting in September through to December, at EJ Biffin Playing Fields, Fred Brain Ave, Nambucca Heads. Whether they’re learning to run, jump, throw or simply make new friends, our athletes thrive in a safe, supportive, and inclusive space that grows with them. Please note: A parent or guardian is required to stay with their child during the session. Your presence and encouragement help make our Little Athletics community strong. We can’t wait to welcome you and your family for another great season on the track! 💚
