We are a family friendly gym that caters for all ages and fitness levels and needs. Our operating hours are from 6am-8pm Mon-Fri and 10am-2pm Sat and Sun
We are the best equipped gym in the Valley and cater for the NOVICE to the ADVANCED trainer. Dress Standards are in place to make all feel welcomed and comfortable no matter their body shape. No crop tops or bare torso.

You can see the class is coming to an end, they all look exhausted! Stephen's circuit class is a challenge, but a great workout to get that heart pumping.

My balance tonight was well enough to teach the entire Power Bar Class, carefully of course!
Light weights was more than enough for my rehabilitation. Not sure physio would agree though?

How things can change in 7 days. Last Monday I recieved my total hip replacement, and tonight I instructed these beautiful accommodating ladies. Can't wait to be back at it, full swing.

When the girls show up to do their own workout because I'm in Sydney getting an op. Stephen will be covering all my classes from tomorrow the 4th of August until I can instruct with Canadian crutches which should only be a week hopefully.
The girls sent me this pic which I totally adored and appreciated. The best crew!
