Join The Valley Gym as a group, to join in a fundraiser to raise funds for the Seventh Day Advestist Church in Nambucca Heads who hold a Soup kitchen for those doing it tough. Its $55 a head, $45 concession and free for kids. If you're doing it tough, cone along and make a small donation to recieve your soup in a take away cup. To cover the cost of running this event, the ceramic bowls will only be available for those paying the $55 and $45. Everyone else is welcome to come along and recieve their soup in a cup. Kids are free!
Local potters and community group have hand made these beautiful ceramic bowls which you get to choose and take home, after you've eaten your delicious soup and crusty bread of course. There's live music, warm food to sooth the soul, a bonfire and a great community feel.

The Valley Gym is getting on board to raise funds for Emerge and See which is an organisation that provides support for first responders that deal with PTSD.
They have an event called PIE4PTSD to raise funds. We will be holding an event here at the gym on Saturday the 4th of July @ 1pm
Come along and enjoy some afternoon tea and make a donation to this wonderful cause.

An extra treadmill has been added to our cardio area. Now keep your eyes on the weights room for some extra pieces we are waiting for from Life Fitness.
