Nambucca Valley Physi Physie is a unique dance sport for ages 3 to forever! Classes are held on Wednesday & Saturdays (T2) We welcome questions and comments from everyone.

Nambucca Valley Physical Culture, or 'Physi' as it is affectionately known, is affiliated with the
Edith Parsons School of Physical Culture. Physi is a unique competitive sport combining modern dance, ballet, gymnastics, pilates and yoga all rolled into one! Improve your physical fitness, flexibility, coordination and posture, while building confidence and making new friends. Physi is a fun and

affordable way to keep fit, for ladies and girls of any age.
