Great day yesterday at the black belt preparation session! Everyone trained with purpose! I even found time to do some breaking. I was rusty indeed and the 4 boards did NOT break first go, or even 2nd go....but hopefully it shows that perseverance does pay off!!!

Last week Grandmaster Vic Leighton celebrated 10 years of training with Universal Taekwon-Do!! Wow! That has gone so quickly sir, and it's been a privilege and an absolute joy to have you as part of our club! We celebrated with a cake and presented him with a special Universal Taekwon-Do jacket!
Here's to another 10 years sir!
