Free Personal Training sessions

I have a few clients going away for Christmas or unable to attend their regular session times this month and I'm wanting to fill some of those vacant spots.

I've had a successful year, and I have a dedicated group of clients that have supported my business as I have supported their health and fitness goals and together, we have achieved a lot this year.

These free sessions would suit someone who,

- is wanting to improve their health and fitness but not sure where to start.

- has only done group training and would like to experience the benefits of 1 on 1 training.

- would like to work on technique on particular exercises.

Sessions are in my private air-conditioned gym here in Nambour and I promise there will be no pressure from me for you to continue training with me next year.

Want to improve your quality of life?

Want to perform physical day to day task feeling more confident and safer?

I'm currently taking on new clients. Earlier in the year I opened my books, and I quickly filled most of my available session times.

I've had a successful year and have decided to increase the number of session times available as this is now my full-time job.

Single sessions are $50, and I offer discounted rates for bulk session purchases plus extra services for those who join one of my membership deals.

My private air-conditioned studio gym is located in Nambour.

💪Challege within a Challenge💪

Join Team Hayden and Jacob for the The Bloody Long Walk and I will give you two PT sessions, $100 in value. 💲💵💰

The Bloody Long Walk is a 35 kilometre walk from Coolum to Mooloolaba to raise money and awareness for Mitochondrial Disease.

Each year my wife Michelle and I enter Team Hayden and Jacob to walk in memory of our two sons who lost their lives to Leighs Disease, a type of Mitochondrial disease.

This will be the seventh time we have entered the walk and each year the team has grown and those who walk with us have expressed how fore filling and satisfying it is.

The walk itself is a challenge and provides a great opportunity to focus on your own health and set some other personal fitness goals which is the reason I'm offering $100 in personal training so people can make this a "challenge within a challenge".

With a lot of perseverance and consistency in training, Jason achieved the 200kg squat goal we set.

He has come a long way with his squats. Struggling with depth and bar path when he first started, he has significantly improved in both those areas.

Wondering what to do with your sandbags?

They make a great piece of training equipment.

Adjust the weight by adding or removing sand ( bathroom scales should work), wrap tape around the ziptie so it doesn't scratch you and write the weight on it. Now have an awsome piece of training equipment for free.💪

You most likely have quite a few of them so can make different weight ones.

So many ways to use a sand bag to exercise. And a heads up to my clients, expect to see some sandbag training sneak into your programs.😁.

I have so much respect for people who want to make a change in their health and fitness, it's a big decision and quickly can become overwhelming.

Finding the right exercise or training style is important. Finding the best one to suit you means you are more likely to enjoy it therefore more likely to keep doing it. Consistency is key.

My training style is one way, very effective but I understand it's not for everyone and that's ok. I'm dedicated to helping people improve their quality of life.

Being able to differentiate between what we have control over and what we do not is important.

I believe too many people focus on the uncontrollable and use that as an excuse of why they can't or why they failed.

What you eat and how active you are, are choices you make and have sole responsibility for. For the vast majority of us ,they are the dominant factors in our health.

Genetics, metabolism and certain "stages of life" are genuine factors but rarely are absolute reasons why people can't lose weight or get stronger or fitter.

I often ask my clients ,

"ls that a genuine reason, or a weak excuse ?"

Mindset is the first battle ground of making change.
