We would also like to give a huge shout out to Kelly Gravestocks, Mypolonga's Rep Delegate and RMNA Rep Team Coordinator. 🧠 HEAD KNOCK AWARENESS 🧠

Player safety always comes first.

If a player receives a head knock during training or games, it’s important to follow the correct concussion and head injury protocols. Even seemingly minor knocks can be serious and should never be ignored.

We encourage all clubs, coaches, trainers, players and parents to use the HeadCheck app to help recognise symptoms, manage head injuries and support safe return-to-play decisions.

A gentle reminder to all players, families and spectators to please show respect to our umpires every time you attend the courts.

Our umpires play an essential role in keeping games fair, safe and enjoyable for everyone. Many are volunteers, learners, young people, or community members giving their time so our players can take the court each week.

Negative comments, abuse, questioning decisions from the sideline, or intimidating behaviour is not okay.

βœ… Cheer with respect
βœ… Encourage the players
βœ… Support the officials
βœ… Let umpires umpire
βœ… Keep the sidelines positive

Everyone has a role to play in creating a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for our clubs, players, coaches, volunteers and families.

Let’s lead by example and continue to make RMNA a community we can all be proud of.

Respect. Integrity. Kindness. πŸ’›β€οΈπŸ’™
