With the 2026/27 season getting closer, we thought we’d have a dig through the Mylor Cricket Club record books.

Each Monday leading into the season, we’ll post a different stat from the 21 seasons of records we have available from 2005/06 to 2025/26.

🏏 NEW PLAYERS WELCOME — MYLOR CRICKET CLUB 2026/27 🏏

There’s plenty to look forward to at Mylor this season, including a brand-new centre pitch being installed before the season begins!

We’ll be fielding:

🏏 Senior A2 and A3 teams — 2 or 3 more senior players would be great
🏏 Under 10s — we’re always welcoming new faces
🏏 Under 12s — we’re always welcoming new faces, and we’re on the hunt for a coach
🏏 Under 14s — we’ve nominated a team and would love to hear from more players to make sure it goes ahead

Mylor is a welcoming community club, and we’d love to hear from experienced players, anyone returning to cricket, or those keen to give it a go for the first time.

Huge day at the beautiful Mylor Oval today.

The Mighty Pipers taking out both the over 50s and the A grade “Biggs Flat Cup”!!

Skipper of our over 50s side M Bawden man of the match in the curtain raiser and J Dunford taking the honers in the afternoon game (with a cheeky 100 no.).

Special thanks to Jack from for making an appearance.

As always a huge day for the club, thanks for all that came and of course all that helped make the day a huge success.

BIGGS FLAT CUP 2026 | ⚪️⚫️
Mylor Cricket Club invites you to join us on Sunday to watch the annual Biggs Flat Cup against Echunga Cricket Club.

🗓️ Sunday 15th February
🕥 Legends Over 50’s Match | 10:30am
🕑 Main Event T20 | 2:00pm
📍 Mylor Oval

Bar, BBQ, and kitchen facilities will be open from 10:00am.

Special Events:
🏏 Jack from JK Cricket will be in attendance. You might have seen him and his bats during The Ashes, with Australian Test player Jake Weatherald choosing a JK bat for his Test debut! Jack will have a stall set up during the Legends Over 50’s match and would be happy to chat.

POP-UP CRICKET BLAST | 🔵⚪️⚫️

Come and try your hand at cricket with the Woolworths Pop-Up Cricket Blast program for the month of November.

🗓 DATES:
Thursday 13th November
Thursday 20th November
Thursday 27th November
Thursday 4th December

🕔 4:00pm - 5:00pm
📍 Mylor Oval

Sessions are 60 minutes each and will be held on a Thursday afternoon at Mylor Oval.

▪️ This program is recommended for kids aged 5-10 years old and of all skills and abilities
▪️ Basic skill development through short games of cricket
▪️ Make new friends and learn new skills including catching, throwing, and teamwork
▪️ All equipment supplied

With each registration, you will receive a Pop-Up Blast pack.
