Xtend Barre is a premier barre workout – it’s perfect for busy Mums as well as working professionals. It sculpts the body proportionally so that all parts are equally challenged in every 55 minute class. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen and stretch the body from top to bottom, from

inside out. All Xtend Barre classes are multi-level, suited to bodies of any age, gender, or fitness background. We offer exercises that can be modified for beginners, pre & post-natal clients or clients with injuries, but that can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge. Xtend Barre will transform your body – the end result is a lean physique. The Xtend Barre workout combines the amazing results of dance with the principles of strength and safety in Pilates. We're thrilled to introduce the new studio owner, Erin who shares our passion for fitness and the XTEND community. With her own XTEND studio in Osborne Park, she understands the bond between members, instructors and the power of our classes.⁠

Erin, an experienced Exercise Physiologist, will enhance your fitness journey without changing the classes you love. Creating a warm and friendly environment for you to move will remain at the heart of everything XTEND Alfred Cove stands for.⁠
Erin will be taking on the studio from the 15th of August. ⁠

Thank you for being part of our family. We started the studio 8 years ago, as Felice fell in love with the workout, then Xavier and Leticia got onboard and we are immensely grateful for each and every one of you who has contributed to making XTEND Alfred Cove the vibrant and loving community it is today. ⁠
